A Pre-proposal Conference will be held at 极速六合彩 Administration Building, 1203 W. Pioneer Pkwy Arlington, TX 76013 on October 13, 2015 at 2:00 p.m.. Due to space limitations, please limit attendance to a maximum of two (2) representatives per firm. Attendance to the pre-proposal conference is not mandatory but highly encouraged.
Firms (鈥渞espondents鈥, 鈥減roposers鈥) desiring to participate in this RFQ process shall respond with a sealed Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) and submit in accordance with the instructions contained in this RFQ. Only one SOQ submittal will be accepted per firm, either as a single prime firm or as part of a joint venture. SOQs will NOT be publicly opened. PLEASE NOTE: Late SOQs will NOT be accepted.
