Bids must be submitted by Sept. 1 at 2 p.m. and questions are due to Balfour Beatty by Aug. 24. The gross maximum price will be submitted to the ¼«ËÙÁùºÏ²Ê Board of Trustees on Sept. 17, and the notice to proceed is expected about Sept. 24.
